Bilingual!! Ms. Garcia is fast, she gets things DONE, but most of all what I loved about her is that she COMMUNICATES with you! She with follow up with you via email or phone calls. I reached out to Elvia regarding a change in child support. I was in the midst of chaos with the birth of my new baby and had a short amount of time to get things done before the court date. Our 20yr old son, while visiting San Barbara in summer 2015 fell foul of your strigent posession of alcohol in public laws. He also produced a false evidence of age card.
