David and team exceeded our expectations on all levels. My sister was in a terrible accident with the other party who was at fault denying responsibility and putting the blame on her. Dave Richards and his team helped me retrieve a very satisfactory settlement from the auto insurance companies after I was hit by a drunk driver in December of 2022. Dave and his team worked hard to negotiate with the other driver's very uncooperative auto insurance company. They also worked hard to negotiate my medical bills, and they even negotiated with my medical insurance company. The whole time they were very responsive to calls and emails, and very professional, transparent, and honest. I would have been lost at sea without their assistance. I believe the time it took to dispute injustice will have its FAIR return because as a result, the $25k policy limit was achieved plus an additional cost for property damage. I highly recommend this firm! I primarily worked with Nichole. I also interacted with David, and their paralegal, Lauren. My case wasn't a major one, but it still mattered to Nichole. The entire team exuded compassion and kindness throughout the journey. I always received prompt responses and updates, no matter how big or small.
