I have known Brett Yorke both personally and professionally for over 10 years. There is no attorney I could recommend more highly than Joe Jones of the Ball & Yorke Law Office. Several years ago I had a health insurance policy with a Blue Shield Blue Cross affiliate that was consistently denying claims and coverage for treatment. It was a complicated area of the law involving many technical issues and the insurance company being resourceful in coming up with reasons for denying my claims. I hired Joe to handle the matter and he filed a lawsuit in federal court. Within a few months he was able to settle the suit with the insurance company and recovered for me every last cent I was due.
