Mr Higson handled my bankruptcy and he was referred to me- and I was more than pleased. He worked with my available time-- office was very easy to find--- at all times things were done quickly and explained to me . I was so terrified when I finally determined it was time to contact an Attorney about some debts that were caused by a medical emergency I had no control over. I had no clue of what I was doing, or how to go about to do this. But, I somehow found Dan Higson. My first meeting was very informative. I met with him in his office for over an hour. He was so understanding, very caring and most of all, very informative of what I needed to do and he reassured me, he can help me and get me to a place to rebuild my life. After he explained everything to me, I was assured this would be OK. Filling any kind of bankruptcy is not fun, its very scary and very intimidating. However, Dan and Deanna both took such good care of me and answered all my questions anytime I needed some reassurance. I was able to communicate at all times and my emails were responded to very promptly; even on the weekends if it was urgent. This is very rare for an Attorney or his staff to take such pride in their clients and care so much about them. I cannot say enough what a great experience I had going through Dan and Deanna for my troubles. I am sure I was not the easiest client, but they never shrugged me off. They were just more understanding to help me get through this troubled time. I was so well prepared by the time my hearing came around, that it was a breeze to get through. I knew ahead of time what to expect, the type of questions I could expect and how to answer them. Yes, I as nervous, but they "held my hand" the entire time. I am so grateful I found them. I recommend these two wonderful people so highly. More than I can ever express just in words.
