Great experience! Jarrod and his team (shout out to Michelle!) did a wonderful job expunging 2 DUI convictions off my record. From what I've heard, the commissioner that currently handles DUI expungement requests in Ventura County is a former DUI prosecutor and very seldomly (if ever) grants these expungements. Jarrod and his team were able to use their detailed understanding of the law to get her taken off my expungement requests. It's terrifying knowing that dumb mistakes can haunt your professional life...even a decade later. Jarrod and team fully delivered and in turn gave me long-awaited peace of mind.

Above and beyond!- is how i would describe Jarrod and Roslynn Wilfert and their team of paralegals Marlene and Michelle. In 2020, i needed legal representation for my unfortunate mistake of a DUI, and being that a DUI is a very serious issue in Ventura county, i needed a law firm who could really step up on my behalf and go to court to fight my case with the most positive outcome one could only hope for; it was stressful not knowing what would happen to my drivers license, jail time, court fines, etc. Some if not most of this worry was alleviated by Jarrod and Roslynn because they knew how to defend and fight the prosecution side, their combined experience and amazing willingness to fight for your best interest is what sets them apart from other law firms.
