Rude old man, wouldn't let me give the whole story or what I knew (I'm calling on behalf of someone in a hospital). Just needed to give a brief run down to hopefully pass his number to the person in need. He just kept cutting me off and assuming things before words could even come out of my mouth. We have 2 ears for listening and 1 mouth for a reason.
