Mindy Mc Queen was very knowledgeable and professional . I hired her for a DMV hearing NOT involved with a DUI, but an accident. I am a senior citizen. I have never been involved with a DMV hearing so I was not only anxious but uninformed of the legal aspects. Mindy was very calming and assured me that my outcome would be positive. I, like most of you, searched the web for the best qualified DUI lawyer. I had picked 3. After speaking with all 3, I was convinced that Mindy was the righrt one. She came across as knowledgeable with many years of expirience. As it turned out, I made the right choice. Mine was a border line case. I had just come out from dinner and there was checkpoint within less than 10 minutes. I didn’t think much of it since I only had 2 glasses of red wine. This officer asked a few questions and obviously figured out that if he kept me long enough, my BAC would be climbing. He waited almost an hour and it was 0.08. Mindy along with an expert in toxicologist where able to get the case dismiss by the DA as well as the DMV. Need I say, Mindy proved me right. I don’t wish anyone to be in the situation I was, but if anyone asks me to recommend a DUI lawyer I would not think twice before emphatically recommending Mindy.

Words cannot express the gratitude I have for The McQueen. I was looking at potentially harsh punishment for my DUI. There were certain circumstances involving my case that even she was skeptical. In the end, she prevailed and the outcome was extremely appreciated. Her knowledge and energy is beyond exceptional; her thoroughness and dedication are admirable. Where do I begin?! I found myself being pulled and in a situation where charges for impaired driving were laid. Given what transpired, the outlook of beating the charges looked pretty bleak to me. I contacted Mindy after having spent time calling other lawyers who seemed to rush me off the phone without a care about my livelihood, most of them asking how fast I could make a deposit. I ended up getting a really bad DUI in April 2014 and they sent me a letter in late December saying i would have court in January. I was completely nervous and had no idea what i was going to do.
