I was devastatingly injured by a careless suspended driver who lost control and wrecked my vehicle and life. I was left stunned, physically and emotionally unable to deal with minimal day–to-day living, let alone with corporate entities who were looking out for their bottom line, not wanting to guide me into getting the full benefit of what I had been paying years for, and was due, in such an unfortunate “accident” as this. Randy was a referral, and he took care of literally everything. I didn't have to carry any load, or worry about any detail being left undone, all while receiving regular progress emails and phone calls. When calling, or visiting the office, Natalie was always attentive to my needs in a welcoming, cheerful and professional manner. Before I knew it, he got the whole process wrapped up in my favor, leaving nothing on the table. He delivered just as he promised at the beginning.
