I hired me Hanna for a work comp case. I had to find a new attorney because after almost a year. I was starting to get so frustrated!!! I had no idea what process I was at. I had to call to get any information regarding my case. I would call to talk to the attorney and the woman that aswers the phone was always very rude to me. Every time I wanted to talk to Mr Hannah I would have to make a appointment for a phone conference. Witch was usually 3-4 days after my call . I know work comp is a night mare. They did nothing to try to get back over $ 1,000 maybe more of percriptions that work comp refuse to cover. My final straw was I had my phone conference at witch time I told Hannah about my concerns.he rudly interuinter me saying well if you're not happy with my service you can just find a new attorney. I feel they were a waist of my time.

Went to get information for possible Worker's Compensation case for them but they never called me. And I had lots of paperwork to win the case.

Called to get information regarding my case, left a message and did not get a response. Called back today and the receptionist told me the lawyer was too busy to get back to me. The receptionist continued to be rude and I told her I was going over to talk with the lawyer and report her, she said OOOOO I am shaking in my chair, we don't want your business anyway.

Kimberly and Diana are so rude- consistently over the phone and total opposite of helpful. As for Mr.Hannah he was nice but what did you actually do on my behalf....I don't want to like ruin his rep or nothing, I just sharing my experience. I went for help and was told to wait. I needed someone to advocate for me (a legal someone) and this was a total fail. I had to do all the hard work (while disabled). Now I am worse. Total WASTE of time. CAREFUL seeking help here.
