I decided to call this firm after doing extensive research on them through the internet. I spoke with Sarah, and after a lengthy conversation she answered all my questions, and was very straight forward without giving me any false promises. This was the first time that I had ever been arrested, and unfortunately it was for a DUI. Although I was very worried about what could happen to me, and not knowing if I was making the right decision. Sarah made me feel very comfortable, so I decided to retain her services. From the beginning, she was right on top of it. She took care of everything, returned my calls right away if she wasn’t able to answer. She gave me her cell phone number to make it much easier. Throughout the process, before my court date, she kept me informed as what to expect and what I needed to do. When the time came for court, I showed up but never even had to step foot into the court house. She handled everything. She gave me options and after we both agreed what would be best, she went in front of the judge and handled it all. I was VERY satisfied with Sarah Powell, she was very professional and got everything done that I expected. Even after everything was over, I have still been able to contact her to make sure that I am complying to the court orders. I would highly recommend Sarah and this firm without hesitation.
