I went to the Law Offices of David Chesley initially for answers to my questions about criminal law because I've never been in any sort of legal trouble before and the circumstances kept getting worse. At the end of our conversation, he agreed to represent me in Victorville and defend me against many felony charges although at the time no one else I spoke to had been willing to help. David represented me even though I called him late in my criminal case and he didn't have much to evidence to work with or the time to do it in. A majority of the candidates they had to offer me were not a good fit for me and my firm. I did find one candidate that was an excellent fit and decided to move forward with her. The support person was with me for a little over 4-months and then she abruptly quit. I heard through Lawfecta that she was no longer with the company. They tried to replace her with other candidates, but they were the same candidates that I interviewed to begin with. There were no good fits for my practice. When I told Lawfecta that I would like to terminate my services they cited their contract and refused to terminate my account. I ended up paying them close to $800 when it was all said and done just to walk away from this company! I really enjoyed the ease of having the member I interviewed on my team, but felt trapped when that person quit and I had no alternatives. I would not recommend this company. There are other VA companies that are more flexible in terms.
