I am an Oregon attorney that worked with Mr. Daugherty on a divorce matter that involved filings in both Oregon and California. In working with him, it is clear that Mr. Daugherty is extremely intelligent, prompt in responding to questions/concerns, and strongly advocates for his clients. He is now the attorney I refer clients and others to when they have any family law matters in his part of California.

I was highly dissatisfied with Curtis and I don’t understand how he is getting such great reviews!?!? It’s mind Boggling!?!? He told me that I would lose my children to their father. When the father was lying and using a counselor on his behalf. To try and take the children away from me completely (based all on lies). Things were not adding up and another attorney that I hired, recognized it. Don’t waist your money on this attorney. Definitely do your research.

I was impressed with Mr. Daugherty’s overall demeanor, knowledge and skills for my personal situation. Mr Daugherty demonstrated impeccable organization and detailed information regarding the law. Mr Daugherty is a straightforward, no bones individual. Mr Daugherty explained the law in layman’s terms, so i understood. I felt so comfortable having Mr Daugherty represent me.
