I just finished paying off my Chapter 13 and I was very pleased at how Scott Lions and especially Silvia helped me through the process. They were professional and explained how it was going to working all along the way. Filing for chapter 13 bankruptcy was the best thing for me. It got me out of debt, allowed me to keep my business and my home and made me feel good about it because I paid off what I owed. The team at Lyons Law firm treated me with respect and understood what I was going through. I highly recommend them.

My experience was half bad as Mrs. Lyons had me emailing my documents multiple times to her and the main office email had to go in multiple times to take in the same documents, I had noted everything in stickey notes referring what was what and she would still make me go in multiple time took longer than expected, didn't have my response in timely manner. It took me a trip to the office to get answers as my emails and messages where never answered. Never got any update of my case until I showed up to the office and guess what your case has been cleared your good . Wish I have gotten everything in a timely manner. The attorney son is amazing but the staff was lacking when it came to application filling. The girls looked overwhelmed and not happy to be their but they put a smile and took all the messages. If anything get help with the application elsewhere and take it already filled out as the lady filling out the application which i also paid for that assistance, has no idea what's happening as soon as leave the office.

I had a consultation with him, and even though I didn't immediately need his services he still broke down everything I should do, step by step, solely for my benefit. He's a knowledgeable and kind gentleman. You should definitely speak with him if you have any legal questions. =)

Your case is important and they treat you like another number. Absolutely worst attorneys office I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve asked numerous times to speak with the attorney and he’s never available he also never returns calls. They take your money and it’s never itemized. Front office hangs up when you’re explaining you NEED to set up an appointment with the ATTORNEY YOU PAY FOR not the PARALEGAL. Save your time, money, and frustration. Go somewhere else!

Have been having custody issues for 4yrs, by the 3rd yr my wife and I decided we needed to invest in a lawyer to hopefully have a better chance of being heard in court.
