I hired Mr. Martens for a case I thought was going to completely derail my life but Mr. Martens and his staff helped me every step of the way. They handled everything with the utmost professionalism and were readily available to answer my questions. At the end of the process, Mr. Martens was able to have my charges reduced and some were even dismissed. He gave me my life back. I highly recommend him and his firm.

I hired Mr. Martens to represent me in Kings County. The criminal charges against me had me looking at life. He took my case to trail and we walked away with 3 not guilty verdicts. During my case I had acquired 4 different lawyers and not a single 1 of them wanted to take my case all the way to trail. Thanks the law office of Christopher Marten's, they spoke on mine and my family's behalf, and showed the judge the person I am now and not to judge me by my pass. They also worked with us with payment arrangements, I picked up an assault charge, that would of gave me my third strike, but with their knowledge and hard work, they were able to get my jail time waved, with 6 yrs probation, I'm very very very thankful for everything they have done and continue to do for me.

Mr. Martens answered my call for a free consultation about my old, expunged misdemeanor. I was very worried that even after my expungement I wouldn’t be able to work in my career field and he reassured me that I had followed all of the steps necessary to mitigate my old conviction’s negative effects. He didn’t try to sell me legal help I didn’t need and answered all my questions in less than ten minutes. I highly recommend him for straight forward legal advice.

Here I thought I was loosing my husband. Looking at a 10yr sentence Mr. Martens got his case dismissed. I'm so grateful for his help. The staff is amazing and made me feel like family.
