After experiencing years of defamation, via a narcissistic co-parent's guided campaign, I nearly capitulated. Daniel Bern and his staff helped me so much that I wish I could give them 10 stars. My child and I are so grateful for the their efforts. They listened and comprehended what my child and I endured. They correctly advised me, and helped to obtain a favorable child custody proceeding. Daniel Bern will be my choice if I ever need Family Law representation. If you are looking for a law firm that is going to care, listen, and be your best advocate, chose Daniel Bern. The legal system is complicated and he can help you avoid and adverse outcome.

This man says he is very direct. He is not direct he is down right rude. He spoke to my wife so horrible. I cannot explain how horrible the visit was. Do not go here and that is all I have to say.

This was the most disrespectful person I’ve ever met. He may be an expert in law, he has no people skills, however. Very rude and condescending. He might be good for some people, not me. I need someone who respects his clients.

I scheduled a consultation with Mr. Bern, we were to meet over the phone as an in person consult was not available. I asked if we could meet via Zoom and was told that he does not and will not meet via Zoom. When I asked if a concession could be made I was told by the office staff member that she was his wife and that it was an absolute no and that she could refund my $100 consult fee if I didn't like that. I cannot say whether he would have represented us well but the lack of flexibility and the attitude of staff whatever their relationship to the attorney is was very off-putting. Needless to say I'll get my refund and put it toward an attorney that is willing to meet us face to face. A determination on whether he is the right fit can't be made over a $100 phone call.

Run and dont turn back! This guy is a joke. Hire him if you want to loose your case and lots of money. Charges extreme fees all just to abide to other partys rules. He will not fight for you he is too scared to speak on his clients behalf. Be Careful! I am forever in debt with Mr. Bern and Mary!! I have the highest praises possible and couldn't recommend Mr. Daniel Bern more strongly. I hired Mr. Daniel Bern because I heard he was the BEST Family Law Attorney in town and that's exactly what my children and I needed. At first I was nervous and afraid but that all changed when I came into contact with Mr. Bern. Mr. Bern would made sure I understood what was going on at all times, gave me great pointers but most important Dan gave my confidence. Dan exceeded what I thought could be done with my case. Dan & Mary were always available to answer any concerns, questions and problems that emerged, it didn't matter what time or day of the week it was. Mr. Bern is honest and straight forward. He doesn't tell you what you want to hear, he tells you what you need to hear. Mr. Bern is a BEAST in the court room to say the least. Dan fought tooth and nail for my children and I.I was able to sleep at night knowing Mr. Bern was representing my children and I. Daniel & Mary THANK YOU for all that you have and continue to do for my family.

Going thru a divorce is traumatizing so you need someone in your corner who understands I can’t say enough Dan and Mary really helped me even when it was about things I didn’t want to hear they got me thru all the legality’s to help put it behind and move on I highly recommend there service.

Daniel Berns and his wife are absolutely amazing. They are very professional and take very good care of their clients. I didn’t feel nervous at all having Daniel Berns by my side because he is looking out for the best interest of his client. I would not consider another law firm even if they said they would represent me for free. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I engaged Dan's firm last year and was pleased with my representation. Mary in his office is easy to talk to, quick and efficient. Both are no-nonsense and straightforward, which I appreciate. Some attorneys will lag, costing you time and money. That isn't the case here. I was kept apprised of filings and my case was handled quickly and exactly as I needed. Highly recommend.
