He wants a simple case for $4,000-$5,000. If the case gets difficult he will continue the case till the 4 to 5 thousand is exhausted then send you packing!

Just like Albert Garcia out of Visalia Jason takes your $4,000 and just shows up to continue every court date. Then when it comes to judgement time from the judge he wants another $10,000!!!! When he didn’t do anything with the original $4,000!

Another review because He WON another case.!!! Jason helped my husband get almost 50/50 custody a year ago and as of this month, Jason won us Primary Physical Custody! Dont waste your time hiring a lawyer who see's you as another number. Jason is a down to earth gentleman. Dont rush his process, he knows what hes doing. Truly runs a honest establishment. We couldnt be more grateful. Gods blessings to this man!

I am a single Father who has Full custody of my son thanks to my lawyer Jason Taylor. Every court case I've had in family court Jason Taylor has won for me. I am so grateful and blessed to have Jason Taylor on my side as my attorney. I could never see myself using anyone else to represent me in court. I work as a paralegal for a neighboring law office here in downtown Visalia. We always try to refer all Family-Law/Criminal Defense clients that we cannot take ourselves over to Mr. Taylor. He is a straight-shooter and very level headed. We have noticed that Mr. Taylor has a high record of success for his clients. When our office is on the opposing side - we are always able to find a happy medium or compromise in a manner that leads to our clients' mutual satisfaction. I am going out of my way to leave this review because I think it is important for residents in our community to find honest, hard working attorneys more easily. Also, his legal assistant/paralegal is always very cordial to our staff and is easy to work with.

This supposed “lawyer” did an extremely bad job with my case. I explained to him what happened in my case with a two-page letter and I got a 6 word response from him three days later. ON TOP OF THAT, while he was representing me he FAILED to give me a video that the cop who arrested me had a body cam on her & I NEVER EVEN UNTIL THIS DAY WHICH I KEEP ASKING FOR have not received! ALSO, he told me to wait outside to see what he can do and while in the courtroom he showed everyone in the room the video WITHOUT MY CONSENT! PLUS, he never filed any motions, put any objections forward.. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!! I highly do NOT recommend this attorney for future references. All statements are a matter of FACT from my experience with this individual. My last & final opinion, He should have just stayed a cop if he can’t do his job as a lawyer!!!!

Jason is the best lawyer we’ve encountered. He assisted my husband with a custody case and helped us win additional time with my stepdaughter. Jason is honest, upfront, thorough, professional and prompt. We as a family couldn’t be more grateful for his assistance and if he doesn’t know, I hope he sees how much of an impact he will have on this child by helping us. Thank you Jason. God bless

If I were to describe Jason Taylor in one sentence it would be the following: Jason is a waste of time and money. I had my first court date with Jason on June 27, 2019. The opposing lawyer asked for more information, so a continuance was issued, meaning that I had to come back another day. A new date was set for September 24. I tried reaching out to Jason’s office several times asking about the required documentation, but they didn’t get back to me until the week before my court date. Ultimately, the papers were filed too late to allow enough time for all parties to review and there was three months in between! I’m not sure if Jason ever reviewed the information that I submit because he seemed very unfamiliar with my case and did not ask many questions or argue on my behalf. When I was having my child support calculated, I asked Jason a question about travel expenses and he replied, “What do you think?!” Another lawyer came in to the room and noticed that Jason wasn’t doing anything. The other lawyer came out and told me that he tried advising Jason on what to do. Every time I was around to see the opposing lawyer arguing with Jason, he seemed intimidated by her. At the end of the day, I tried speaking to the Judge myself because I was tired of Jason’s failure to act and I told Jason that I would no longer be using his “services.” I will acknowledge that Jason is probably capable of handling cases that are straightforward and that don’t require much more than submitting legal forms. Anyone that has the time to use a self-help resource center should avoid going to Jason for help even with paperwork. I filled out all the forms required to file for a custody modification myself and he/his staff provided little to no help. In one instance his office did email me, requesting that I send over an income and expense declaration, but they did not even include the blank form; I had to go find it and fill it out myself. Please do not make the same mistake I did by hiring Jason.

I had to hire Jason for a criminal case matter. He is extremely competent, patient, easy to talk to, reliable, experienced, knowledgeable, and so calm during high times of stress. He made me feel much better during the entire court process and ease of mind. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I came into his office a mess. Jason took care of everything and explained every step to me so I knew what was going on with my divorce/custody case, which really helped my stress level. He works really hard and it shows! Would highly recommend Jason if you need a lawyer.
