Any time I called there was someone live who was knowledgeable and able to provide me with current updates. Staff was friendly and professional. Don't recommend!! Was very nice the first day we spoke and extremely easily to get a hold of. I called on a Saturday and I spoke with Martin Sorta felt rushed during the call. But it was a Saturday so I understood. Wouldn't call him professional. But he wasn't rude. He rushed me into just sending him pictures. He didn't want to talk at all until I sent pictures. I understand that but at the same time there are other important details that matter. Why skip other important information. Well I sent the pictures and he was willing to work with me. He sent me a contact over. Had 3 main questions before I'd sign with him. 1. Will you be working my case from beginning to end? 2. Will you keep me in the loop during the entire process? 3. If it goes to trial how much more will I have to pay? All these questions are answered in the contract. At the time I didn't know that. But instead of answering my questions he sorta just stopped responding. Been calling for 3 days. And Nothing. If you want to feel like you matter don't work with firm. GLAD I DIDNT SIGN
