Richard Barron was recommended to us by a friend and we could not have picked a better attorney. He helped with our daughter’s estate after she passed away suddenly. Very understanding and knowledgeable. What was a very difficult time for us he minimized it as much as possible. He communicated in a way that we would understand and was very attentive. What could have taken 2-3 years of court dates and such ended in about 1 ½ years. With all that said I would recommend him (and have) to others.

This was my first experience with a lawyer and the Legal system as a whole. Richard Barron was highly communicative. Regardless on which way the case could go, Richard is attentive, straight forward and very supportive. Richard was successful in this case and much aware of how tuff this experience would be for me.

We hired Richard Barron to assist us on a matter involving a dispute among trustees of a living trust. Richard immediately recognized the issues and came up with a game plan to resolve the matter. The other party had a lawyer who prepared pleadings filled with falsehoods. Mr. Barron nailed the other side during deposition getting them to admit that they had not even read the declaration and pleadings prepared by their lawyer, catching that other lawyer red faced as his lies were found out. The other lawyer and his clients conceded the matter and the trust issues were resolved in our favor. I highly recommend Mr. Barron. He is thorough, complete, extremely knowledgeable and practical, as well as an exceptional strategist during deposition and litigation. He knows how to handle opposing attorneys and keep matters from needlessly escalating, saving his clients substantial sums.

Mr. Barron has been our primary attorney for trusts and conservatorships involving probate matters for our clients. Mr Barron helped us through the legal details of a claim for damages against a decedent's estate for the failure of the deceased to fulfill oral promises he made to purchase and make payments on real property. From the beginning it was apparent that Mr Barron understood the intricate legal details of this unusual claim. He was honest and up front about our possibilities and constantly explained where we were in the process. As the case approached a possible trial, Mr Barron pulled all the witness statements and other pertinent information together and was completely prepared to present. However, before trial, the case was resolved during mediation and resulted in a major financial victory. I would also like to mention that the decedent's beneficiary had a team or attorneys who attempted to overwhelm and confuse us with interrogatories. Mr Barron simply ignored most of these as, "Not Relevant" and kept the case to the actual issues. He also had us do most of the time consuming leg work on the case with the result that his fee was kept to an absolute minimum. Off the record, he was very personable and that really contributed to the total team effort that put this case together.

Mr. Barron is an incredible lawyer always on top of my mother's case. He is very honest, friendly, courteous. Reponds to any questions without hesitation without procastination. He is a great lawyer I would recommend him in a heartbeat. He makes the case his not like other lawyers who just want to get paid and once they get paid you do not hear from them anymore.

A year and a half ago I dropped a hot mess of a case in Richard's lap. Since then he has worked diligently to bring an end to this case. He's a great attorney who really knows his stuff! Mr. Barron right from the first day I met with him showed interest in my case and the twists and turns associated with it. We sat and reviewed the case initially, then Mr. Barron took on a lot of research work and case prep. He would often call or email on weekends and evenings to let me know what new information was available and what our next move should be. He discussed everything I could and should expect from the outcome of the case.
