I was facing a charges for what was basically something I wasn't even a part of, (Needless to say I'm no longer friends with the person who put me into that whole situation in the first place). I was hesitant at first, because trusting trusting a friends judgement was what got me into this situation in the first place, but I decided to just speak to her first, and if I didn't like her I could always find someone else. She was very knowledgeable and explained to me that I had a very good chance of beating my case, which was a huge weight off of my shoulders.
