I came to Frank after a recommendation from a childhood friend. Like most people, I’m skeptical of lawyers and legal issues all around. Thankfully Frank was the opposite of the person I expected. My call was originally missed, but I soon received a call back and it was all business. Frank was very professional and very up front, which is exactly what you need when dealing with legalities. A day that started with frustration ended with a sigh of relief. I appreciate you Frank, thanks again!

This is the first time I have left a review on ANYTHING but I have to warn determined fathers everywhere to PLEASE stay away from this woman’s office. You are 100% better off, saving the $3500-$4000 retainer fee because after one court date, you willl fire her and question what did she do for you and how she is still in business. This woman will charge a client to FIRE her! .2 hour ($60) for “drafted email to client for substitution of attorney”. When I was firing her and asked for a “substitution of attorney” form, I was sent a form that was meant for another client that was firing her the same day. Juan R. I’m sorry man! That you wasted your money and I hope you get what your kids deserve, when you get a competent lawyer. The one good review she has is from a friend NOT a client. PLEASE fathers look anywhere but with Paula Kleinman when you’re fighting for your children. Just an example, I asked this woman “what did you do for me” the MAIN thing I asked of her was to have non supervised visited after they were requested by the mother after a brain injury and look at her response- Please review the custody order wherein I negotiated you to have no supervised visits and mother to pay one-half of day. Please review the DCSS wherein the one-half payment of the professional supervision will take be applied. “No supervised visits AND mother to pay half” What is mother paying half of, if I was granted “no supervised visits”? Which I wasn’t! Also mother made the OFFER to take HALF OF THE PAID SUPERVISOR OUT OF MY ALREADY OVER $2000 in child support a month NOT Paula Kleinman. Please parents PLEASE for your children, do not put your relationship with your child in this woman’s hands.

If you are a business owner like me, then you have to have a strong and knowledgeable attorney on your side. Mr. Frank Daugherty has always saved the day for our business, from the simplest legal consultation to contracts, collections, or full legal representation. I don't think that I can ever find any other attorney with higher level of integrity and professionalism. And it gets even better by having Mr. Yaser Ibrahim in the office as well with superior level of professionalism and amazing knowledge of all business aspects. I strongly recommend having this "dream team" on your side.
