I was in a very bad place until I met and hired David Pflaum. He literally turned my life around. He represented me with kindness, dedication and total success. He contacted me often to follow up not just on our legal cases but to see how I was doing in my most difficult times. He even offered his help for free on other legal issues I had and helped me succeed. My dad met with David often too and was so patient and kind to him. He went way beyond the call of duty to help us. I feel great now, so does my dad, and David was there for us in every way!

Worst attorney I've had, and I've had a few. Ive paid over $20,000, and nothing has been completed. When the going gets tough... he gets going... with your money!!$$$$$

In my 30 years of practice in the State and Federal Courts, I've only seen one attorney do the following: a) console clients in distress and cheer them up by given them well-grounded hope that the outcome would be better than what they thought it would be. b) not long ago I observed, unnoticed by Mr. Pflaum, that he was consoling a wheelchair-confined client in distress, as she was convulsively crying. "please (he would say) don't be hard on yourself, your health is of utmost importance." I was touched by his gesture! I never have, in my career, seen any one else care so genuinely for his fellow beings. At that point I realized why empathy, in all these years, has been a key element in his practice. I have seen him give his all for his clients in cases ranging from DUIs to the most complex charges, where he has either gotten an exculpatory sentence or the best of deals for his grateful clients. In simple words, he is A HEARTY STURDY DEDICATED LAWYER AT YOUR SERVICE.
