Peter is the MAN! My ex-husband used law enforcement to gain the upper hand in our divorce, and was so good at it that he managed to set me up for a false arrest. Beware, if someone ever opens the door of your moving vehicle. Stop your car and call the police yourself, because you may be being set up! Yes, if you don't and you just drive away in fear, like I did, the police can come and find you and ask you questions. If you are frightened and upset and naive enough to speak to them, they may eventually be able to string just enough together to put hand cuffs on you and take you to jail. That is what happened to me, and it was one of the most traumatic experiences of my life. I had no idea that I was being set up. Since then I have learned all of the tell-tale, textbook signs, but at the time I was in total shock and had no idea what to do. I was given the name and phone number of Peter Liss and after my first interaction with him my stress levels reduced dramatically. He got right back to me, and it was after working hours. He explained everything to me. He prepared me for what to expect. He coached me. He showed up so calm and cool and collected and then HE FIXED EVERYTHING. He saved my career. He is so razor sharp that he does not even need notes in court. I'll be indebted to this amazing man for the rest of my life. This is the first time I have left a review on ANYTHING but I have to warn determined fathers everywhere to PLEASE stay away from this woman’s office. You are 100% better off, saving the $3500-$4000 retainer fee because after one court date, you willl fire her and question what did she do for you and how she is still in business. This woman will charge a client to FIRE her! .2 hour ($60) for “drafted email to client for substitution of attorney”. When I was firing her and asked for a “substitution of attorney” form, I was sent a form that was meant for another client that was firing her the same day. Juan R. I’m sorry man! That you wasted your money and I hope you get what your kids deserve, when you get a competent lawyer. The one good review she has is from a friend NOT a client. PLEASE fathers look anywhere but with Paula Kleinman when you’re fighting for your children. Just an example, I asked this woman “what did you do for me” the MAIN thing I asked of her was to have non supervised visited after they were requested by the mother after a brain injury and look at her response- Please review the custody order wherein I negotiated you to have no supervised visits and mother to pay one-half of day. Please review the DCSS wherein the one-half payment of the professional supervision will take be applied. “No supervised visits AND mother to pay half” What is mother paying half of, if I was granted “no supervised visits”? Which I wasn’t! Also mother made the OFFER to take HALF OF THE PAID SUPERVISOR OUT OF MY ALREADY OVER $2000 in child support a month NOT Paula Kleinman. Please parents PLEASE for your children, do not put your relationship with your child in this woman’s hands.
