Mike has been an excellent elder law attorney for us for several years. This is truly a specialty area. We learned, after several other estate plan lawyers, that not all practitioners are experts in the area of elder law. In addition, Mike is personable, helpful, appropriately friendly and professional. And, he is very straightforward in his advice. Mike's office is COVID-safe. His conference table even has a plexiglass divider down the center to protect you and him. I am happy to be a client of Mike's and to recommend him to you. In short, he's a good guy.

Update March 2022 - I had some follow up questions regarding Medi-Cal and Mr. Young kindly provided the answers, as well as alerting me to the new Medi-Cal asset exemption changes coming in July 2022 for California. I appreciate Mr. Young taking the time to return my call promptly and appreciate his knowledge of elder laws and estate planning. August 2020 - I came across one of Mr. Young's Youtube videos about the important of trusts for elders. I looked up his website and saw that he had an upcoming seminar on Zoom about Elder Law Assets and signed up for it. From there, I knew I had found the right person to help me get my elderly father's estate planning done. Mr. Young was able to get the trust, power of attorney and other important documents done for a very reasonable fee. We were able to meet over Zoom and have a mobile notary come to my Dad's house to sign and notarize documents. Overall a very easy process and all the details were covered. Mr. Young took the time to answer the many questions that I had. I would highly recommend him and to also take his free live seminars via Zoom.
