A group of neighbors found Allan through this website when we had only 30 days to file a lawsuit against the City of Napa for an approval of multifamily project (Alexander Crossing) over into single family zoning. He accomplished this within the deadline. Allan represented us very professionally and negotiated a stay which forced the developer to reapply and perform an EIR. Allan spent time meeting with the neighbors to educate and inform us of our options, dealt with the media and always followed up and was very respected by our group. We highly recommend him.
