I haven’t even hired Mark yet and he spent 54 minutes on the phone providing me with all kinds of information in all directions. Lots and lots of excellent information. His advice seems to have me going in a good direction. I feel I can now think without being overwhelmed. If I need to, I will certainly hire him.

It was not a good impression before I met Mark when he was late for my appointment with him. When I met him. talking to him, my thought about him turned 180 degrees. I was extremely lucky to find Mark Grundman and have him represent me. If I could give Grundman and Deane more than 10 stars I would, because that is how deserving their firm is. Mark is very personable, experienced, and worked out a settlement for my case that well exceeded my expectations. If you want a straight shooter who is going to tell you the truth and really fight for you. Then Mark Grundman is the workers comp attorney you need. He let me know from the very beginning how long it will take to settle and how terrible the workers comp system is. He also let me know the tentative value of my case. Best and worst case scenario. And this man exceeded his own best case scenario for me. Just be patient and let him do his job. Workers comp is a true NIGHTMARE for the injured worker. Mark and Elaine are true professionals and excellent at representing those who no longer have the strength mentally, physically or both to fight for themselves. Retaining Grundman and Deane was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made and I am forever grateful for their guidance.

In 2015 My wife missed a lot of work, due to some physical problems and surgeries. Her place of employment decided to terminate her by the end of the Year. We went to a Disability Attorney because we did not feel she was able to work as of yet. We were referred to Mark Grundman, at our Interview. We met with Mark, and He offered to review the case. When He called for us to return, He informed us of possible Wrongful Termination Case. Deane was to handle that Case. They Both worked very hard and I was kept informed on there progress. They were Easy to work with and I felt very comfortable thru the process. Yes they Won both cases. More than Expected. Well worth a couple Dollars up front. Strongly Recommended. P.S. I still do not have Disability and can not work, but thanks to Mark and Deane. I can get through this.
