Thomas, Joseph and their team were great. Not only they are excellent at their work but also at explaining every detail and option throughout the process. I never felt out of the loop or un/misinformed. They left no stone unturned looking for the best outcome. Last but no least was their humanity and kindness during my recovery especially in the occasions they had to listen my recollection of the events and the pain I was going through. It can be a very intimate and personal experience so it helps to know they care without judgement. I really hope I will never need their services again (LOL) but if that were to happen I would not even bother to look anywhere else.
