If you want your case to last for ever with no resolution and pay extreme amount of money Mr. Wolch is the man for the job.

This firm screwed over two little children by getting them ripped from their home and took incredibly high fees in the process. They will fight over $10 and rack up $2000 in bills to do so. Avoid at all costs.

While Family Law practices are firstly about their billable hours, this firm takes that to the extreme. You will grossly over pay with this firm. I spent nearly three years with this firm with no resolution to my case.

I am eternally grateful to Kathryn Mignani for consistently offering level-headed counsel in the midst of an extremely difficult divorce. She was the calm and collected advocate I needed when faced with legal challenges that I couldn't understand on my own. Not only did Ms. Mignani prepare and argue brilliantly and persuasively in court, but she also helped me make real-time decisions that saved my relationship with my children (7 and 8), strategize next steps in making a needed career change, and making rock solid decisions in rebuilding a life that was shattered by unexpected separation. Every time we went to court, Ms. Mignani successfully persuaded the judge to find in my favor on all the counts that mattered most. I would highly recommend divorce attorney Joseph Wolch. Mr. Wolch and his paralegal, Nora Sanchez, were very professional, responsive and efficient. Mr. Wolch knows family law extremely well and is great dealing with argumentative and contentious spouses. He was instrumental in moving the divorce along. He is a top notch negotiator.
