Nick is the best! You cannot beat him when it comes to an attorney who gives it to you at 150%: blunt honesty, understanding, compassion, exemplary legal abilities, kindness, friendship, humor. While he was unable to handle my potential claim, he still took time out and provided great referrals. I will not hesitate to recommend him and the entire law firm team. Excellent office.

It’s been an honor to work alongside Adam Carlson and the firm. My experience was beyond seamless! During my entire case, Adam gave me the reassurance and guidance that I needed. I had experienced a life-altering injury due to a faulty staircase and doctors told me I had a long recovery ahead. Adam would check in on my healing process regularly and really made sure that I was getting the best care during my recovery. The settlement that I received was more than I could have ever imagined. It has given me the resources to work with doctors outside of my medical coverage and get the rehabilitation I have been needing. Nick Casper was my attorney for the wrongful death case of my daughter. Nick was very professional, yet he took the time to explain things to me so that I always understood what was happening with the case. After reviewing several mediators, we decided to go with Chandra based on a number of reasons. First, we wanted someone that could communicate the overall legal process so that we had a clear understanding of when the final settlement would occur. In addition, we wanted someone that would be attentive throughout the expected long mediation process. Finally and most importantly, we needed a mediator that connected to us on a personal level based on the nature of the emotional situation. I can confidently say that Chandra excelled at all our expectations and did an outstanding job to get us to the finish line. Each relationship situation is different, but I would highly recommend Chandra to anyone that wants a quality mediator that is genuinely a nice individual.

Adam is going to be there for you. He makes himself available any time, and goes above and beyond not only during helping you with your case but also years after. Adam's enviable gift is being formal and friendly at the same time! He has a calming demeanor that gives you confidence. He takes time to help you understand everything and make the right choices. I had the pleasure of working with Chandra Nelson-Robak. Not only is Chandra professional and well prepared but she listens and is able to communicate and assist in constructing agreements which are beneficial to all the parties to the agreement. Chandra is able to help parties stay focused and reach the end goal of getting to the agreement. The process takes work but the end results are worth it. Chandra is excellent at what she does.

Horrible experience in dealing with Chandra for our divorce. She doesn't respond to calls or emails and sides with females. She gave out her cell phone to my ex and would text with her but Chandra would not respond or return my calls. When she did respond to my emails it would by two weeks later. She had shared private conversations, emails and documents with my ex that were supposed to be attorney client privilege. After the first time she shared my info I asked her not to do that again. Then she ended up forwarding an email chain between Chandra and I only with private info to my ex. Many occasions she acted like she was representing my ex and negotiating on her behalf. Chandra would say assets and debts were split 50/50 at the beginning of the mediation but then would change her mind and said I had to pay more. I called her out on this (and other items) and told her that's not what she originally said. She would not give me alternative options on how to take credits for money I paid after the separation but she would always give the ex several options on how she could get more money. Luckily I kept diligent notes and pushed back on all this and fought for what was right. But i should not have had to do that since Chandra is supposed to be independent but acted like she represented my ex. I do not recommend her for mediation.

I was in a car accident while 35 weeks pregnant. After talking with a neighbor about my accident and personal trauma, he recommended Casper, Meadows, Schwartz & Cook. I called that day and due to my circumstances, Adam Carlson actually came to my house for the initial intake the same day as well. I was blown away by this service (not sure how often that happens). This was my first encounter being in a lawsuit. Adam communicated very well and gave me realistic timelines and outcomes which were nearly accurate. He explained all the legal jargon in a language I could understand, and would even happily repeat it a week or so later when I was confused again. I enjoyed working with him and Michelle Estrada.

My experience with this firm was awesome! They made things so easy and simple. Even with me being in another state. Kudos to Adam and Michelle his assistant.
