Where do I begin. Going through a divorce is already bad enough, then you have to pick a lawyer. Luckily for me, Ariel came highly recommended from a friend of mine. Long story short, I was ready to give up "the farm" to make the divorce as easy and painless as possible. Ariel stopped me dead in my tracks and said "NO", we will offer this and that's all she will get. Well, Ariel was right on the money. I was able to keep what was rightfully mine and I'm so grateful to have her in my corner. She was always a pleasure to deal with, always professional and courteous and never backed down to opposing counsel. I highly recommend Ariel and her team to anyone who needs the best lawyer in Contra Costa County.

would give her no stars if it was possible. Let me start by saying I would stay clear of this attorney. Hired her to represent me in a divorce. No communication. Lack of willingness to work with client. Only communication was that she was charging me for me asking questions. Drop me as a client three days before a hearing. Due to medical allegedly. I have never received a bill how she use the hours against my retainer. But I'm still dealing with the Bar Association. Let me say stay clear of her. If you do talk to her on the phone go by your instinct Checking in with an update just heard back from the bar Association and nothing was done. Hello, did the State Bar Association give you any explanation as to why it is acceptable for her not to invoice you? She asked Court to advance her $45,000 as a retainer fee to represent me in a trial that was scheduled for last December. The trial never happened due to her negligence. I have not been billed for any services from the time I hired her. I submitted a Formal complaint with State Bar 8 months ago. Talked to investigator today, and was told they are still looking into the matter. My other complaints are same as yours.
