Mark did a will/trust for us some years back decent service. However we just recently requested if he could send a soft copy over of a deed that he had as part of our documentation, presumably where he stores all his electronic files. Without being made aware if there would be a fee for this, not letting us know what that fee would be, we got the docs, but days later shockingly got a bill for nearly $200, simple to email those docs. I was based on a bill rate of $360/Hour. I would not trust this man or his firm to do any work for you.
