“A total thief and liar who will do whatever he can do along with of his probate cronies to take advantage of the elderly, which has been proven by the CEAR advocates (please research)!! The Contra Costa County probate department is corrupt from the ground up and that is a fact!!! Don't hire him or you will be taken advantage of!!”
