Mediation is a tense, stressful situation that nobody wants to have to go through. Thankfully, Ms Welsh did a fantastic job working with myself (the plaintiff) and 2 separately defended parties of defendants. She was incredibly empathetic, and able to minimize my stress, while being a paragon of integrity and frankness. I cannot express enough my gratitude for her work.
