In 2012, I had a bicycle accident. First, I'd like to mention that I had never been involved in a lawsuit on either side previously. But, within weeks of my accident which involved a broken patella and collar bone, I discovered that at least 4 others in my neighborhood had had bicycle accidents at the exact same location. I went to Adam Carlson at Casper, Meadows, Schwartz & Cook following a pretty severe auto accident where the other driver was clearly at fault. Their insurance company was not very cooperative so I sought professional advice. Adam walked me through the whole process, explaining how things would progress, etc. so I knew what to expect. The staff there at the office is very professional and helpful. Overall, the full settlement amount was more than I had ever expected and the costs and fees were below the original estimates. Financially it was a very good decision to work with Adam. Overall, my experience with Adam at Casper, Meadows, Schwartz & Cook was VERY positive and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing legal help.
