They make you fill out a application before they help you and if people are not US citizens they will not help them at all.If you are then most of the time they will just advice you on what to do, other then that they don't do nothing at all. There excuse for that is no government funding, or they don't have the funds to help with that, any further or what ever they come up with. It just looks like they are more interested in finding a easy payday then really helping out people.😢
