I’ve got my self into a pickle my family was calling lawyers left and right .Over the weekend every lawyer that was called said they are not going forward with anything till Monday. We then got in contact with Tammy Higans! She could not let that stand from the information that was told and said come straight to my office tomorrow and she got right on top of it

Fantastic attorney. I initially spoke with another attorney who seemed eager to get sales or business at all costs and spooked me into researching further. I happened upon The Law Office of Daniel Flores who was very honest and I appreciated his viewpoints and guidance in our initial phone call. He was not pushy to close on business and you can tell he maintains a level of integrity some more greedy lawyers wouldve gladly tried to force a retainer signing. I retained Mr. Flores for a rather pricy traffic citation with realistic expectations, expecting the worst and for him to simply soften the blow of the citation. He was able to get my case dismissed which exceeded anything I expected. I know he doesn't practice as much in this area of law as he used to but he was was able to achieve great results. I highly appreciated his candidness and honesty when discussing my case. Highly recommend!

Was referred to the Law Office of Daniel Flores through a family friend and was not disappointed. Considering the fact that he represented me while he was based in Los Angeles while my case was in San Diego. Daniel always assured me with his insight and explanations of the case never left me unsure. Always feeling like I was aware of the extremely complex rules and laws behind the justice system. This guy had his body guard search me before I could meet with him and leave my phone, keys, and wallet outside. He was clearly worried about being recorded. He also tried to charge me $20,000 for a simple court petition that a better attorney did for $750. Skip the meeting and find somebody else.

Joe is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. I was skeptical upon some of the services he was offering and we had a dispute over the phone. The phone call ended with myself being called some of the most derogatory marks a person can be called. I'm still in disbelief, LOL. His first cold called me, I never even reached out to him. Ifont need stuff like this in my life!
