Very positive experience. Brianna took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions. Her office assistant and the notary were extremely helpful. It was a pleasure to work with Brianna and her team. My final trust paperwork was given to me in a nicely organized binder. The office atmosphere is well designed and very welcoming which added to the overall positive experience.

The Estate presentation was very informative and low keyed. It had a good balance of general information about trusts and also burial arrangements along with financial planning. Tasty lunch and goodies were also offered. Thanks to Brianna Gilberto and the other presenters.

Very very disappointed in the lack of service and follow up. Called the first time to make an appointment, all good. The day of the appointment I called in the morning to confirm and they said they would call me back. Since the appointment was for my parents who speak Spanish, my mother called me half hour past the appointment time (appointment was at 4pm - they called after 5pm - no notice, nothing) to tell me no one had called. Mind you they waited all day and adjusted their doctor’s scheduled for this important appointment. I had to call two times to figure out why no one called and the answering service said all they could do is leave a message. After over an hour the attorney called my parents. Needless to say my parents did not feel comfortable with the person who called (I will not say who) but it wasn’t Brianna. My parents told me they would prefer to find someone else. I am writing this to let Brianna know she lost a client. The lack of follow up and lack of professionalism is why Im giving a 1 star.

Glad we found Brianna to do our estate planning/trust. She did mine and 2 family members she was very informative and was an easy going process even though this could feel like big decision making. Will definitely keep using her when we need! Thanks!
