I was run over by a car and made the mistake of talking to the culprits insurance and leaving recorded statements without representation. The attorneys I consulted with prior to Lem either didn't want to take my case or pushed hard for a lawsuit. Lem was a last minute google search and thank God I found him. He returned my calls and texts right away (usually within an hour) and even offered to commute to my house when I couldn't come to him. But what I most appreciated about Lem was his character and professionalism. After other attorneys had told me a lawsuit was my only option he went ABOVE AND BEYOND and not only got me the max settlement without having to go to court but proceeded to call the representatives of every. single. outstanding account I had related to my accident and negotiated a lower cost for EVERYTHING. I am 100% confident I received the maximum compensation possible with Lem. My accident was the most traumatic and stressful situation I've ever been through but Lem helped lesson the burden tremendously. He is an excellent attorney and a great person to have on your team!

I was involved in a car accident last year with my wife. We were at a stop light on our way to Costco for our monthly shopping and all of a sudden we were hit from behind. It was a very hard hit and terribly freightening. I went to Lem for his counsel and from day one he took care of my wife and I.
