I contacted Erik Clark in 2018 when I had about 50K in debt plus another 40K in student loans all the way from the 1990s. I found Erik and his staff informative, friendly and nonjudgemental. The rough sailing started in 2020 with the lockdowns and a layoff followed by two more over the course of the pandemic. After burning through what money I had, I was barely paying basics and the trustee payments fell behind. Yesenia Chicas navigated through this amazingly and we were able to stave off the Trustee's efforts to dismiss my case. This year I finally made my last payment and received my discharge notice from the court. Without BLC's expertise and willingness to go the extra mile, I am convinced I would be in a far worse place right now. I highly recommend them to anyone going through financial issues.

I’ve had many lawyers in the past, as I’ve had several car accidents, slip and falls, etc. This personal injury law firm was by far the best experience. I LOVE that they don’t use case managers because it makes it so much easier to speak with my attorney. Ali was the one who handled my case and he did an outstanding job! Thank you Ali!

Going through this battle was very difficult time for me especially not having had any experience. Borowitz & Clark, gave me the confidence necessary to make it through this bankruptcy. I had a very limited income at the time, I knew if someone could get me the race, I would run it. I was able to finish a year earlier.
