Danny is the best lawyer to go to if you have any issues and will treat you right as if you were family yourself. I was scared about some false accusations that were being made against me. I've dealt with lawyers in the past and never felt comfortable until I met Danny. Other lawyers would use a scare tactic to tell me that I'd need to hire them immediately or my life is in danger. Danny was firm and informative about what was going on and told me I was in good hands and that he would take care of me if I needed him and he has not let me down. I would recommend Borowitz & Clark for anyone in need of bankruptcy. First: Barry explained all the legal process of bankruptcy. He explained the different kinds of bankruptcy. Second: Barry gave me instruction on how to keep my auto, and IRA. I followed his instructions, and I did keep both auto and IRA. Third: I had more money during bankruptcy. Why? I stopped paying the high interest rates on credit cards, and a personal loan. Fourth: The staff at Borowitz & Clark helped me to understand all the paper work, and legal processing. The staff are kind, patient, and willing to be there for all questions. They handled all the collection calls. This was an instant stress relief. Fifth: Fear was a big factor for me. After meeting with Barry, I was no longer fearful of the consequences of bankruptcy. I didn't lose my car, I kept my IRA. After court I was offered 3 low interest rate for a new car.
