Mr. Mohaben helped with a comprehensive State Planning package in a timely and effective manner.

I live on the East Coast and hired Mr. Moheban to represent me in a contested will situation in Los Angeles. He ultimately helped me to resolve the issue in a way that was most supportive of my goals and objectives. He was even able to work with the opposing attorney to resolve the situation without the cost (which would have been significant!) and headache of a court case. I appreciated his candor, his ability to clarify the points of law for me and his rapid response to all communications both from me and from the opposing attorney. He provided me with the situational awareness and confidence I needed to do the right thing in this situation and I'm grateful to him. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who is in a similar situation and, although I certainly hope I never have to, if I needed similar representation in the future I wouldn't hesitate to call him.
