I was in a car accident in May of 2023, I sustained injuries and ended up having to give up my job due to my car being totaled, and I was on crutches for months, I had a fractured foot. The reason I was seeking legal counsel is because my insurance let me down and treated me horribly and I was looking to recoup what I had lost and potentially go after the insurance co. Koppelman Law Firm reached out to me and I did speak to Mr. Koppelman and he guaranteed that he could get me something I felt pretty confident about it so I ended up signing with them. Everything seemed to be going well and I had clear communication with a lady named Jasmine, once they got all the medical documents I then started speaking to someone named Fernando who asked me questions in regards to if I was still seeking medical treatment, which I wasn't, I couldn't afford to. I would say roughly about a month or so ago I got a call from Fernando and again asking me about medical treatments, which again I couldn't continue to afford, when he hung up with me his tone changed and he said Mr. Koppelman would reach out to me that day, a call I never received. I got a bad feeling but waited to get called, never got called. Finally I reached out about 2 weeks ago via text with Jasmine and nothing all communication stopped, I reached out again yesterday and about an hour ago I got a standard email from Fernando with a (discontinuing of service attachment) with no reason why. So you all waste my time for about 7 months to tell me your not helping me, with no reason? Completely unprofessional, now I have an even smaller window to find another lawyer. I hope that if you are considering using Koppelman Law Firm, read this review and look elsewhere.

David Koppelman is a legal professional! He made me feel comfortable, safe, and secure and that my future would be in a much better place than when I first went to David. He was very clear on what I had to do, when I had to do it, and as difficult as my injury was to manage, David helped me get through the legal and financial parts when I was scared. I recommend David because he does what he says.

I would highly recommend using Dave if you ever are in the unfortunate circumstances of needing a personal injury attorney. Not only is he an incredible negotiator, but the amount of personal attention he gives you without making you feel like you're wasting his time is extremely comforting. He took my case as personally as I did, which is rare for a lawyer. And the outcome exceeded my expectations. I've used him twice for personal injury matters, and also have referred half a dozen people to him, all of which had glowing experiences.
