I Found Grant from taking my Best Friend's 98 year old Mother to complete her Living Trust while she was in the hospital following Double Hip Replacement. I was so impressed with his handling of her affairs that after her appointment I immediately set up an appointment for my Husband and I to create a Living Trust for us. They do excellent work. The whole team made the process of updating our will and trust documents easy. It was clear that these updates took into account all of the new changes in the various tax laws, etc. They also did an excellent job at taking into account our goals and wishes- even asked us about many topics we hadn't considered. In the end, we came away with a deep peace of mind. I highly recommend the Pederson Law firm.

My wife and I liked the way Grant explained how the trust works in simple terms complete with visual aids. I get lost with terms like trustee, grantor, revocable and all those legalese but Grant made it all easy to understand. Overall an AAA+ experience!

I didn’t need a trust, he explained things, and in twenty minutes we were out! We really wasted his time, the first hour is free, and he was very gracious. When you call, there is always someone available to speak with you, physically. If you have a question, someone will make sure to give a thorough explanation. If you're looking for someone to help you with wills, trusts and/or estates, the Pederson Law Office is the place to go. Grant Pederson is knowledgeable and incredibly thorough while at the same time he explains the law in easy-to-understand terms. When preparing our documents, he thought of things we never in a million years would have considered -- like, for example, what would you want to do with assets you are leaving to a grandchild who marries a loser. Seriously! He thinks of everything! Planning for what's going to happen to your assets when you or a spouse is gone is not exactly an exercise in fun but Grant really made us feel that we have prepared ourselves, our children and our heirs for the future.
