The attorney’s response was quick. He offered me a free consultation within the time frame, I requested, and he reached out to me in a timely manner. He went over the details which I was missing in my trial. His knowledge about my specific matter was accurate. Attorney Ojeda advised me on how to best prepare for my trial during the short time period. Attorney Ojeda explained the timeline of a typical traffic trial. I hired Mr. Bernal to help me with a restraining order against me. My children were taken by an emergency custody order. I felt like my world was crumbling down. But Mr. Ojeda jumped into action! He held my hand the entire time. He communicated with me constantly, replied to all my calls and messages. The day of my hearing Mr. Ojeda prepared me he kept his calm all while my ex’s attorney mocked us and put on a dog and pony show Mr. Ojeda kept his professionalism. I walked out that court room with my children back in my custody and the restraining order thrown out. My interactions with Attorney Bernal Ojeda, Family Law, was such a refreshing experience. After suffering through a contentious four (4) year divorce, which both my Attorney and my Ex-Wife’s Attorney profited tenfold from my misery.
