“Sara Fazio was an excellent choice for my business contract dispute. She grasped the issues promptly, explained the options thoroughly, demonstrated integrity with billing and worked diligently to reduce unnecessary costs.”
4
Compassionate and understanding of client needs
“Attorneys often get a bad rep; as uncaring, curt & less than compassionate for clients needs- especially if that need doesn't represent a big piece of business. But I'm proud and encouraged to say and admit that was not my experience with Attorney Keating.”
5
Excellent communication and keeping clients informed
“There were never any communication concerns. I highly recommend Ms. Fazio.”
Cons
1
Potential issues with billing transparency and cost control
“Respondent's counsel, Vernon Ellicott, received $10,000. No one appeared in court for the scheduled hearing. Respondent was never made aware that Mr. Ellicott received payment from opposing counsel and continued to received bills requesting additional payment after she had already hired new counsel.”
2
Concerns about attorney's preparedness and adherence to client's instructions
“Vernon Ellicott, attorney for Respondent, was hired for a Paternity Case. Mr. Ellicott was informed and aware that his client was attending the court proceeding in person and still chose to attend the hearing via Court Connect (telephone) leaving his client vulnerable. Ellicott withheld paperwork filed by the Petitioner and Petitioner's counsel from his client as well as private agreements/arrangements made between Ellicott and Petitioner's counsel.”
