I hired John as my attorney. His professional negligence and misconduct has caused me great financial harm. I have filed a compliant against him with the State Bar of CA. You should check their website to see if they have taken any discipline actions yet (or disbarment) before considering hiring him. I am also pursuing civil action against him to recover some of the substantial fiscal harm he has caused by his misconduct.
