I just worked with Pederson Law Offices to update my estate documents and the entire team was amazing. Grant, Sereth and Jake were all so helpful throughout the entire process. They were thorough, professional and are all kind people to work with. Grant explained everything in detail and really helped me to understand different aspects of estate planning that I wouldn't have even considered. I highly recommend Pederson Law Offices to anyone looking for an excellent estate planning firm, because on top of everything else, they gave me peace of mind.

Grant has helped my family with our estate planning needs over the past several years. There are many things I like about working with Grant, but honesty is at the top of my list. Grant is always up front about costs of services, and what he can and can’t deliver. I never feel pressured when working with Grant. He takes the time to answer my questions – all of them. I’m one of those people who actually reads everything, so I can be very detail oriented in what I want. Grant carefully explains the “legalese” to me, as well as pros and cons of the choices I have at my disposal, making it easy to make estate decisions. Grant really knows his stuff. After several starts we got the trust the way we want it for now. Grant was very patient with our changes and the reasons why we went through the iterations needed to satisfy our thought process. He gave expert guidance. Hopefully, the trust won't need to be changed frequently over the upcoming years . We wish Grant the best of everything.

It has been such a pleasure to work with Grant and his staff. Everyone has been so nice, helpful and responsive. The thought of creating a Will was daunting. So daunting that we delayed it for almost 9 years. We met with a couple attorneys and were left feeling overwhelmed and never moved forward. A friend referred us to Grant and we are so relieved they did! The day we scheduled our first meeting, we were emailed a document that guided us through all the items needed for our Wills. We sent our responses and questions to Grant prior to our first appointment. Everything was addressed in detail, including options that we were not aware of. It was obvious Grant had read our responses and had taken time to prepare. Even though we signed the papers yesterday, Grant continues to make sure we remain protected. Each year he will inform us any changes to laws that may impact us and we can contact him at any point to discuss changes to our circumstances. We are relieved to know that we have someone there to help us make the right choices for us and our family.

Grant prepared my estate plan and patiently took the time to answer every question I had during the process. When I let Grant know that I had travel plans, he accelerated work on some documents I wanted changed so that they could be ready before I left. Grant is thorough, professional and easy to work with. I am very happy with Grant as my estate planning attorney.

Grant Pederson was knowledgeable regarding my old Trust which was originally made in 1991. He was responsive to my concerns and needs after the death of my Husband. He informed me of the facts and laws and proceeded to help me with my Estate Planning. He funded the Residual Trust according to the laws and created and funded my Survivor's Trust. He was sympathetic to my concerns and made a difficult situation tolerable. I found Grant to be personable as well as knowledgeable and trustworthy and would definitely recommend him.

. We needed to update out Family trust first formed in 1988. We shopped on the internet and through recommendations from friends. We had several interviews with estate planners, but could not find the right person until we found the Pederson Law Offices. A charming building with good parking and easy walk in. (Very good for clients in there 80’s) Our attorney Grant is the son in a family business and was excellent at setting us at ease. Grant was very professional and knowledgeable with all of our questions and over relative short time he had redone a Living Trust that we are very happy with. The trust was done at a set fee, but at no time did we feel Grant was rushing our face time with him and some additional changes after it was to be submitted for signing were at no additional cost. We will be happy to recommend Grant to any of our friends.

We saw Grant to review and update an existing trust. We felt that he was very informed, capable, and honest. He took quite a lot of time to review and explain different options . We at no time felt rushed or pressured. He returned our completed documents quickly. His staff was very professional and pleasant, the required notary services included with the fee and accomplished quickly and easily. We were referred to Mr. Pederson by a very intelligent and trusted friend (and our financial planner) and the experience was an excellent one.

After the birth of our second child, my wife and I turned our attention to preparing for our children's future - especially to provide the structure to our wishes for our children's care and well-being in the event something should happen to Mommy and Daddy. Grant helped us do just that and more by asking us questions that encouraged us to not limit our creativity in the planning process. And, we had a good many hearty laughs along the way as we talked openly about some of the more sticky issues of life... It was a great experience and we are glad/relieved to have completed the intial planning phase for what we hope will be an enduring family legacy.
