Refer to this Law Group over a half a million dollar workers comp case against the city of Los Angeles for toxic exposure with EPA reports and OSHA reports they never contacted me and interview that I was supposed to get on the 26th at 8:00 called them they had no knowledge of my existence I was referred to by a good friend of mine who had a lawsuit against the city they called and lied to him saying that they called me and I had a bad attitude because they forgot an appointment and are now trying to push me off to someone else I've been currently poison for the last 6 years working for the city of Los Angeles in a super fun site all my supervisors are dead to the exposure they blew up an LAPD disposal van due to toxic exposure and this Law Firm doesn't have the courtesy to call me back do not do business with this Law Firm

Ferrone Law Group is amazing and was extremely helpful! I couldn’t have been happier with the hard work and dedication they put forward. Initially I was referred to a different firm by a friend, someone who actually use to be employed by Ferrone Law Group. After receiving surgery for a work related injury, I was told by the other firm there was nothing I could do and there was no compensation. I was pretty much told I was S.O.L. Not even a QME done. Thinking I was being lied to, I spoke to a co-worker, who referred me to Ferrone Law Group. I reached out and they did not disappoint! Thank you to everyone, especially Ysabelle! This law firm has been great. We’re nearing the end of my case and I don’t know how it’s going to end but I’m already happy regardless of the outcome. When I called, they called or texted me back and arranged for a phone call when we were both available. Emails were always returned promptly and sometimes even after hours. They pressed the case when at times, I was ready to give up. Brooke Reno and Kristen Randolph couldn’t have done a better job for me. Honestly, good people trying to do a tough job and they’re doing well at it. Thanks Brooke and Kristen, I’m sure you have a lot going on and you made me feel like my case mattered.

WOULDN'T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE I CARE ABOUT. 11 year Law Enforcement Officer, injured while on duty. Was made to feel by my union AOCDS that the only option was going with Ferrone Law Group. John Ferrone believes that money is the only barometer for measuring whether he successfully fulfilled his obligations as an attorney. He forgets that a major component of being represented by a law firm when injured is handling the logistics of your medical cases including organizing care, scheduling care and getting you actual care/treatment during the 1-2 years it takes to resolve a case/s. Once you retain an attorney, you waive your right to represent yourself in this particular area, therefore relying on the expertise of that particular law firms, internal team. This firm WILL NOT fulfill that particular obligation and will leave you high and dry to try and manage your own medical cases; which, of course you can no longer do legally. This puts you in a terrible position where you are waiting months and even years without getting any actual care while they slowly work to get your case resolved. Appointments booked with wrong doctors, lost paperwork, failure to follow up with doctors, failure to book appointments, failure to get me any care whatsoever during the entire duration I retained this firm. Don’t bother trying to call for an update. They won’t reply for days on end if at all to calls or emails. when they finally get back to you, their response will be brief and dismissive. Their entire business model is based upon volume therefore, you are nothing more than a number. I would strongly suggest not putting your trust or faith in this particular law firm because while they may achieve financially a good outcome, you are left suffering for the entire duration which could be a while.
