Vernon Ellicott helped me get more time with my son, after years of injustice due to the other party’s dishonesty and the broken system. He did an excellent job at the hearing and in the run-up to the hearing. I intend to hire him again next year and hopefully get more time with my son.

I've had the opportunity to work with Vernon Ellicott over many years. I actually enjoyed watching him advocate for his clients. Hiring Vern to take over my case from a dishonest and overbilling attorney I had prior to Vern was the best decision made during a very difficult and emotional time. Vern quickly assessed my case and quickly stopped the badgering and emotional games of opposing counsel which turned my case around. Vern is strong, honest and sincere. I appreciated Vern Ellicott for taking care not overcharge me. Unfortunately, my attorney prior to Vern took every opportunity to add hours. Vern was not only honest, but actually made efforts to keep my costs down. Divorce is a financial blow in itself, so I was appreciative of his integrity with my finances.

When the economy crashed in '09, I lost my job, and almost our home. Bankruptcy was our only solution. As a Christian, I was ashamed. But Vernon shared with me some things I didn't know, and he took care of my case right away, with a great plan, and a great monthly payment. He told me up front that the best way to reach him was via email. And I can honestly say that he returned every single one that I sent. Plus, everything was up front. There were -no- after the fact hidden fees. Vernon was great.

Mr. Ellicott represented my wife and I in obtaining child visitation for our grandchild. We were excluded by the child's mother and we were able to get visitation. Mr. Ellicott completed the work and court appearance. The cost was less than expected and we actually promptly received a refund from our retainer. Mr. Ellicott's experience and diligence was appreciated. We highly recommend him and I can attest he is hones in his dealings and very aggressive when at court.
