Heather is an amazing attorney. She gives an extremely high level of care and is an excellent communicator. Answers calls and emails fast and has always made me feel that she cares a great deal for her clients. She is a true warrior when you need one. Thank you heather!

My ex's attorney is known in the area as a jerk, unprepared, highly combative, and an expert at running up fees. Heather never took the bait, kept the proceedings moving forward at every occasion that opposing counsel tried to delay to run up his fees, and correctly anticipated at ever turn how opposing counsel's tactics would be received by the judge. She kept me totally informed about where we were in the process, realistic expectations and advice as to the range of exposure for spousal support and property division, and ultimately successfully negotiated a very reasonable settlement totally within the original range of my potential exposure at the start of the proceedings. Couldn't be impressed more! And I continue to recommend her to everyone I encounter needing family law advice. She's awesome.

I have had multiple great experiences with Heather. I am currently a single father with virtually complete physical and full legal custody over my three year and a half year old daughter.... this does not come easy in the state of California. At the time of the split with my ex I was referred to Heather by a coworker. Heather quickly jumped on my case and had filed paperwork with the courts almost immediately. I did have a lot going for me in my particular case, although Heather did a great job and made sure to include all important details supporting my case. Heather has been great... anytime my daughter will have a visitation with her mom(who lives out of state), Heather is always a phone call away just to make sure everything goes as planned and accordingly. That type of assurance and security makes you sleep better at night when your daughter is not at home with you. Heather also at the same time will be the "level head" in the situation and explain what you should and shouldn't ask for, or what is/isn't reasonable. Having Heather as my attorney has made mine and my daughters transition very easy on the both of us. I now have had my daughter living under my roof for multiple years since the split of myself and my daughters mom. That is what you call a great feeling.

Heather Kadeg has been my sanity during what could have been a difficult divorce. I often call her my voice of reason because she gave me sound advice when my emotions where getting the best of me. She has always been dependable and reliable. She knows family law better than any lawyer I have worked with in the past. Because I have worked with other family lawyers I am familiar with some of the tactics that lawyers use to prolong a case in a attempt to make more money and with Heather this was never an issue. Heather never requested a continuance in my case and has been prepared and prompt. She is a wonderful person and a fantastic lawyer.

Divorce is a terrible thing but as we all know it happens all too often. I was referred to Heather by a friend, she had nothing but nice things to say about her so I gave her a call. She took my call right away, made time to talk to me and told me she could help me. Well that's exactly what she has done. I came to Heather very emotional and in need of legal help for my 2 sons, myself and my divorce. She was quick to get us what we needed and what we were entitled to. She has since been there right by my side every step of the way. With her knowledge and support she has made the process as painless as possible for me. I feel well protected by her which has been an added extra feeling, that she has made an effort to make me feel that way. She has mine and my sons best interest at heart and has since our first meeting. She's strong and very smart! I have know Heather for about 12 years. The Lindholm Firm has been my personal and corporate attorney for 37 years starting with Tom, than Eric and now Heather. The last eight years I have been dealing with Heather on multiple construction related law suits. We have not lost any. I have recommended her to many of my employees for their personal cases, all with great results. She is sharp, knowledgeable and a great attorney. She has responded to our occasional emergencies with great diligence. I highly recommend her to any and all.

I was sent to this attorney through me employer's legal plan regarding a real estate conflict issue. Took her days to return my call, when we did speak she had no idea what to say about the matter, was very standoff-ish, reluctantly agreed to look into the issue, but when I emailed her information on my problem she never as much as gave me a call back, or emailed me back. In our conversation she said that she will not spend a lot of time researching, though I told her I am not asking for free work. In summary, rude, unprofessional, unhelpful.

Heather really made a lot of unnecessary issues with me and my ex-husband. Thanks to her I lost custody of my kids and I got my spousal support dropped to very little to nothing for a short amount of time. Worst lawyer ever, I do not recommend her to anyone. Do you homework !!!! She is a FRAUD !!!
