I never thought I would find myself in a situation where I needed to make sure I had a great lawyer although that day came; It wasn’t until I started working with Steven Edwards that I started to feel hope again for my future. I needed to file for a divorce from my husband, due to a tight budget I had planned on doing the paperwork on my own. Went to courthouse, got paperwork and went home to begin filling the standard information out. Although every time I sat down to work on it, I became overwhelmed even with the simplest question, so I ended giving up multiple times. A friend recommended Steven Edwards to me and encouraged me to call, the minute after I hung up from that first call of just setting up a time to meet and talk was the first time in months that I knew everything would be ok. Steven took the time to listen, to let me know we would take things one step at a time and that he would make sure everything was done properly. I didn’t have a ton of assets or children although he made sure that we still went over all items that needed to come into consideration. Steven helped me through one of the hardest times in my life, he kept open consistent communication while giving me support and letting me know everything would be alright. He treated me as if I was his own daughter having to go through all of this. He is truly one of the best people I have ever met; I can honestly say that I don’t know what I would have done without his help. I have and will continue to only recommend him, he has so much experience with all different types of cases; no matter how big or small the case each one is given the same amount of respect, care and attention. Stephen Edwards is a genuinely good person and a great attorney. He actually cares about the children involved in his cases. From the day I met Steve he has done an excellent job on my case. Steve Edwards has worked on a number of cases for my company over several years providing very effective representation.
